We are looking for a Reporting and Analytics Specialist
What you will do
• Manually track volumes of sales and referrals. This data will come from multiple sources and be reported with multiple outputs.
• Guide and facilitate the analysis, requirements gathering and scoping for business initiatives or projects that are reflective of business needs.
• Perform research & analysis of business problems to develop solutions that meet business requirements, participate in discussions with other stakeholders as required.
• Participate in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of systems or processes for the department supported.
• Create and deliver products dashboards to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure insight into exceptions and deliverables.
• Follow up on sales information to clarify the results of specific members, leads, calls, and products.
• Act as the subject matter expert on this data. Adapt to changes in incoming data and reporting requirements. Assist with identifying requirements to help drive IS/system changes.
• Support the calculation and authentication of advisor compensation programs using data from multiple sources.
• Assist with completing monthly executive reporting that is provided to the Freedom Experience 's executives
• Contribute to maintaining and improving non-IS supported reports in Excel or other tools, to provide executive reporting, financial results, and other strategic data for Freedom Experience.
• Assist with other projects related to Freedom Experience’s data and technology.
• Author own procedures on assigned tasks.
What you will bring
• Education acquired through completion of a post-secondary degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years of work experience.
• Strong technical skills, specifically strong knowledge and experience in Excel (pivot tables and lookups required, macros would be an asset).
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Programming skills (VBA, Python)
• Be a critical thinker with attention to detail
• Mathematical aptitude and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage data being tracked and recorded in multiple locations and from multiple systems, adapting to changes in incoming data and reporting requirements
• Passionate about turning data into useful information, distilling and communicating insights
• Experience working with systems development methodology from a business perspective is an asset.
• Well-developed organizational skills with an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet conflicting deadlines.
• Desire to learn new skills and share knowledge
• Superior communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
The base salary for this position is between $51,400 - $85,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
