Marketing Project Coordination Associate



 

About the job

 

TERM: 12 Month Contract

As a member of our Marketing team, you will provide project coordination, research, and administrative support to the marketing team to maximize sales, profit, and market share for TMI product lines; organize corporate activities at regional events.

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and Implementation

  • Lead regional marketing project coordination to help ensure tasks and team members are on schedule:
  • Create requirements tickets and assist with project task management.
  • Align deliverable timelines and set clear expectations with stakeholders.
  • Track and report on ongoing project risks, needs, issues, and outputs.
  • Work with team members and vendors to ensure decisions, materials, and other commitments are delivered on schedule.
  • Report adherence to project schedule.
  • Coordinate and support regional event preparation within pre-set parameters:
  • Regional congresses and events are scheduled, organized, and designed
  • Support corporate and marketing meetings when required.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders on the development and execution of marketing actions and programs, including but not limited to new product launches and marketing technology implementation projects.
  • Manage artwork approval processes through MasterControl for all packaging, labeling, and barrel artwork.

 

Reporting

  • Support the maintenance of the key product messages database.
  • Be aware of and understand the strategies, activities, promotional plans, and product offerings of competitors.
  • Support post-market surveillance reporting in accordance with TMI policies.

 

Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of TMI’s products to ensure that customer inquiries are responded to appropriately.
  • Monitor and triage customer inquiries from the Marketing Department inbox.

 

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field of study
  • Previous experience with various project management tactics and tools
  • 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or project management
  • Experience with marketing best practices
  • Established knowledge of digital marketing tools/practices including social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with advanced experience in MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong business writing skills
