Working hands-on to full scope supported by multiple medical directives, the RPN is part of an interdisciplinary care team, supporting NPs and MDs, while mentored by team RNs.
This position requires regular work at both the Huron and Argyle locations, each offering distinct programs and approaches to care. The role is supervised by two different leaders. Candidates must be willing and able to travel between both sites as part of their weekly schedule. This position works Monday-Friday with some evening flexibility required.

THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- A starting salary range of $52,000 - $57,000
- 100% employer-paid health & dental package, including up to $2,000/benefit year for mental health, $1,500 for massage therapy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Current registration to practice with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 3-5 years of RPN experience in a community setting OR combination of community and hospital or public health setting; experience in a primary care setting is an asset
- Understanding of the social determinants of health & health promotion
- Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds with an inclusive and anti-oppressive lens
EXTRAS TO TELL US ABOUT
- Knowledge of primary care practice, chronic diseases and common conditions that clients present with across the lifespan
- Phlebotomy skills
- RPN gerontology certificate would be an asset
- French and other language skills are considered an asset in supporting the communities we serve
WHAT WE WILL TRAIN YOU ON
- How to practice from social justice, trauma and violence informed care, and harm reduction frameworks
- Clinical knowledge of mental health care, substance use, concurrent disorders, dual diagnoses, and application of current best practices, assessments and interventions
- Effective crisis prevention, intervention and stabilization skills
- Computer skills (Office 365 & Telus Practice Solutions Suite)
