The Client Support Specialist ? GRC processes requests related to IT system access from LHSC and Southwest Local Delivery Group (LDG) customers. Participates in the continued management and maintenance of user accounts and IT system access.

 

 

Regular Full-time

 

Rate of Pay: $27.54 per hour - $37.86 per hour

 

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications

 
  • High school diploma
  • Successful completion of a Two (2) year College certificate or diploma in Computer Systems Technician preferred
  • Minimum (1) year recent, related experience in a high-volume computer support environment
  • Proficient knowledge of software applications and networking tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health care specific computer applications
  • Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of project management and project leadership
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions, user account management, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID environments, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to departmental policies and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated proficient problem resolution and troubleshooting skills and aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and interaction skills
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, record keeping, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be resourceful
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's vision, purpose and values
