REGULAR FULL-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Human Resources Department
Job Duties:
Position available immediately
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
Assist with day to day function of employee movement
Provide clerical support including filing, drafting communications, onboarding documentation, preparing orientation packages and scheduling meetings
Assist with probationary period tracking and metrics
Day to day tasks and special projects, as required
Essential Qualifications:
Education in Human Resources required (Certificate, Diploma or BA)
CHRP designation or working towards the designation preferred
Demonstrated proficient computer skills, including all components of Microsoft Office
Data input in Human Resources specific programs, including HRIS, MediPay and Parklane
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills
Self-directed, with attention to detail
Demonstrated excellence in attendance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team atmosphere
Demonstrate good use of body mechanics
Understanding and adherence to strict confidentiality of information
Ability to focus, prioritize and multi task
