Join Sifton Properties Limited as a temporary full-time Coordinator, Retirement Living and play a vital role in supporting the Retirement Living Team. Reporting to the Vice President of Retirement Living, you’ll manage key projects, coordinate reporting, and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. About the Role
- Provide project and administrative support to senior leadership.
- Act as a resource for regulatory compliance and agency coordination.
- Track and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Coordinate customer experience initiatives and communications.
- Deliver training and support for software platforms and professional development.
- Process accounts payable and assist with financial planning and budgets.
- Support marketing efforts, operational efficiency, and team initiatives.
- Coordinate policy development and maintain systematic file management.
- Represent the team on ad-hoc committees and contribute to innovation and best practices.
Experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in an aggregate senior living or health service sector is an asset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with all team and client interactions by telephone, virtually, email and in-person.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency in working with specific software programs and data management platforms such as SalesForce, DocuWare, DocuSign, or other financial systems.
- Experience in multi-site information and communications management environment.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in an organized manner to attain deadlines with accuracy in data management and follow through while demonstrating consistency of prioritization abilities.
- A sincere personal and professional interest in enhancing the provision of services required to enhance aging and wellness in an aggregate setting.
- Ability to travel to provide site support as required.
