Job Summary

Join Team LHSC as a Nurse Practitioner!

  • Partner with physicians, nursing colleagues, allied health professionals, and community stakeholders to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development of patient, family, and caregiver education resources to support informed and engaged care experiences.
  • Participate in research, quality improvement (QI), and program evaluation initiatives that advance best practices and optimize patient outcomes.
