The clinical team is an outreach team that often works in several areas of the city with individuals who may be underhoused or marginally housed & who have experienced barriers receiving medical & social supports
We currently have multiple positions available and can offer full time or part time, permanent or temporary, to best suit the needs of the successfull applicants.

- A salary range of $71,000 - $75,000
- This position is part of the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) which provides a $25,000 incentive to eligible nurses
- Monday to Friday - no weekends, no rotating shifts

- Current registration to practice with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Understanding of the social determinants of health & health promotion
- Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds with an inclusive and anti-oppressive lens
- Any experience in mental health care or working with people experiencing substance use disorders and homelessness
- Any phlebotomy skills
- French and other language skills are considered an asset in supporting the communities we serve
- How to practice from social justice, trauma and violence informed care, and harm reduction frameworks
- Clinical knowledge of mental health care, substance use, concurrent disorders, dual diagnoses, and application of current best practices, assessments and interventions
- Effective crisis prevention, intervention and stabilization skills
- Computer skills (Office 365 & Telus Practice Solutions Suite)
