Job Description

BLES Biochemicals Inc. is a privately-owned, proudly Canadian pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturer and distributor. ADMINISTRATION

  • Handle and forward all incoming general inquiries and courier packages to the appropriate personnel. 

  • Answer office phone and manage phone settings with associated software. 

  • Maintain standard procedures that describe office and financial procedures.

  • Assist with updating sales records for each customer with monthly/yearly sales totals.

  • Provide general department and committee support as needed, including clerical support, providing reports, filing, and other tasks as required.

  • Back up purchasing, creating purchase orders, receiving

 

BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCE

  • Work with the Finance and Distribution Manager and the external accountants to post, reconcile, and code transactions.

  • Provide assistance for biweekly payroll submission with input and oversight from the HR Manager.
