REGULAR FULL-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Human Resources Department

Job Duties:
  • Position available immediately
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
  • Assist with day to day function of employee movement
  • Provide clerical support including filing, drafting communications, onboarding documentation, preparing orientation packages and scheduling meetings
  • Assist with probationary period tracking and metrics
  • Day to day tasks and special projects, as required

Essential Qualifications:
  • Education in Human Resources required (Certificate, Diploma or BA)
  • CHRP designation or working towards the designation preferred
  • Demonstrated proficient computer skills, including all components of Microsoft Office
  • Data input in Human Resources specific programs, including HRIS, MediPay and Parklane
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated  excellence in organizational skills
  • Self-directed, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellence in attendance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team atmosphere
  • Demonstrate good use of body mechanics
  • Understanding and adherence to strict confidentiality of information
  • Ability to focus, prioritize and multi task
