Rehab First Inc. is currently seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to join our team. The successful candidates will provide one-on-one treatment services to our clients in communities across Ontario:
- Barrie and the surrounding area
- Toronto/North York area
- London and the surrounding area
- Kitchener/Waterloo area
- Mississauga
- Brampton
- Milton, Halton Hills, Guelph, Cambridge
- Ottawa
- Hamilton/Niagara
- Windsor
Qualifications:
- You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and are currently licensed with COTO
- Are excited to provide treatment services to clients in the community
- Experience with Ontario’s Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) a plus
- Have a valid CPR certificate
- Hold a Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and have a reliable vehicle
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
- Develop treatment plans with the client
- Provide client treatment in the clinic, their community, their home or workplace
- Work with clients that have a variety of injury or illness which may include physical, cognitive , and/or mental health conditions
- Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
