We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists located across Ontario to support our growing client base.

Key Qualifications:

  • You hold a MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent
  • Can provide proof of registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing, or in process of registration as a new grad.
  • Experience in a health care setting, and ideally in the community
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act, etc.)
  • Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with the client
  • Provide treatment to clients in the clinic, their community, home or workplace
  • Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
