REGULAR PART-TIME STAFFING CLERK
Staffing Department

Job Duties
  • Create master schedules for multiple departments as per each department needs and complexities
  • Prepare department schedules following MHA non-union policies and ONA collective agreement
  • Create vacation planners following MHA non-union policies and ONA collective agreement
  • Cover immediate and future vacancies as needed, following proper procedures
  • Prepare daily sign-in sheets
  • Complete department timesheets for payroll processing
  • Monitor sick and overtime rates

Essential Job Qualifications:
  • Must provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella and varicella (chicken pox) and proof of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Must provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing within the previous 12 months
  • Previous scheduling experience is required
  • Previous timecoding experience is required
  • Ability to comprehend non–union scheduling specific policies and procedures
  • Able to interpret ONA local and central agreements
  • Previous unit clerk experience an asset
  • Able to meet deadlines with multiple demands and changing priorities
  • Excellent clerical skills and accuracy to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-directed and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Position available immediately
