REGULAR PART-TIME STAFFING CLERK
Staffing Department
Job Duties
Create master schedules for multiple departments as per each department needs and complexities
Prepare department schedules following MHA non-union policies and ONA collective agreement
Create vacation planners following MHA non-union policies and ONA collective agreement
Cover immediate and future vacancies as needed, following proper procedures
Prepare daily sign-in sheets
Complete department timesheets for payroll processing
Monitor sick and overtime rates
Essential Job Qualifications
:
Must provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella and varicella (chicken pox) and proof of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
Must provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing within the previous 12 months
Previous scheduling experience is required
Previous timecoding experience is required
Ability to comprehend non–union scheduling specific policies and procedures
Able to interpret ONA local and central agreements
Previous unit clerk experience an asset
Able to meet deadlines with multiple demands and changing priorities
Excellent clerical skills and accuracy to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-directed and demonstrated organizational skills
Able to work independently and as a team member
Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Office
